Amazing Stay, Highly Recommend!

I found some wonderful amenities like the light snack and matcha ice cream bar. I really enjoyed the tatami room! The location worked well with easy access to the subway and bus stops nearby. The traditional aesthetic of this modern hotel was lovely.
The pillow selection felt limited. I had a small crick in my neck, unfortunately.

modern decor helpful reception tidy room thick pillows temperature restriction warm room
the rooms had a modern decor. i found the reception staff to be quite helpful and they assisted me in retrieving my luggage i had left at the train station. the rooms were also kept clean and tidy by housekeeping staff.
the pillow selection was limited to thick pillows. this resulted in a crick in my neck upon waking. i also found that the ability to lower the room temperature was restricted to no less than 20c. only duvets were provided, so the room felt quite warm at night.

Really good Amenities and Convenient Location

The "moderate king room" provided ample space for two guests. I appreciated the guest lounge in the basement. It offered complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and snacks. The large bath was a definite plus after a long day.
The breakfast options, while adequate, were fairly standard and lacked excitement.

comfortable bath welcome drink matcha latte
The room featured a comfortable bath and toilet. I had a nice welcome drink upon arrival. The lounge access offered matcha latte. It was my favourite. I found the location between the main tourist area and the station convenient.
The hotel is nice, though everyone who is not white or Japanese may experience rude service.
